Journal PAKAR: The Journal of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published and managed by the Master Program of Pancasila and Civic Education (Magister PPKn), STKIP Arrahmaniyah. The journal serves as an academic forum for the dissemination of scholarly works in the field of Pancasila and citizenship education, primarily in the form of original research articles.
Journal PAKAR “Pancasila and Citizenship” (e-ISSN: 3110-6064) is published biannually in January and July. The journal is committed to upholding academic integrity and scientific rigor through a structured peer-review process.
The aim and scope of the journal are to publish high-quality research related to Pancasila and citizenship education, including but not limited to curriculum development, instructional strategies, learning media, and assessment practices. In addition, the journal welcomes studies in political education, legal education, moral and character education, and multicultural education.
Contributions are accepted from researchers, academics, professionals, and education practitioners whose works provide theoretical, empirical, or practical contributions to the development of civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic dispositions in contemporary society.

Edisi Volume 2 Nomor 1 Jurnal PAKAR: Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan memuat 6 artikel ilmiah yang ditulis oleh 12 penulis dari beberapa institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia, antara lain Akademi Refraksi Optisi dan Optometry GAPOPIN, Universitas Indraprasta PGRI, STKIP Kusuma Negara dan STKIP Arrahmaniyah. Artikel-artikel dalam edisi ini mengangkat tema pembentukan karakter warga negara di era sosial-digital melalui berbagai perspektif, meliputi penguatan nasionalisme dan patriotisme peserta didik, internalisasi nilai Pancasila dan agama, pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam membangun kesadaran hukum, pengaruh pergaulan remaja terhadap perilaku sosial, serta peran media sosial dan interaksi sosial dalam membentuk toleransi Generasi Z dan toleransi beragama mahasiswa. Secara keseluruhan, edisi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan kewarganegaraan sebagai sarana pembinaan nilai, etika sosial, dan sikap toleransi dalam menghadapi dinamika masyarakat digital yang semakin kompleks.
