Focus and Scope
Jurnal PAKAR "Pancasila & Kewarganegaraan" STKIP Arrahmaniyah Depok is scientific, peer-reviewed and open access journal managed and published by Magister PPKn STKIP Arrahmaniyah, Depok, half-yearly on Januari and Juli. It aims to be open access journal platform which publishes and disseminates the ideas and researches on education. Its focus is to publish original research (quantitative or qualitative research, classroom action research, development/design research are top priorities) or library analysis on how students learn in primary, secondary or undergraduate level. The topic of this journal is: (1) early childhood education, (2) child development in multiple perspectives.

Peer Review Process
- Accept Submission: The submission will be accepted without revisions.
- Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes have been made. Articles sent back to the author for revisions must be returned to the editor without delay. Revised articles returned more than 3 weeks will be considered as new shipments. Revised articles can be sent to the editor via the Online Submission Interface.
- Resubmit for Review: The submission needs to be re-worked, but with significant changes, may be accepted. It will require a second round of review, however. The reviewer can request a review after the author has revised the article.
- Decline Submission: The submission will not be published in the journal.
Plagiarism detection of articles in this journal is carried out by using Plagiarism Checker-X Pro and Mendeley as a Tool Reference Manager.

Retraction
- They have clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of misconduct (e.g., data fabrication) or honest error (e.g., miscalculation or experimental error).
- the findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper crossreferencing, permission or justification (i.e., cases of redundant publication).
- it constitutes plagiarism.
- it reports unethical research.
Withdrawal of Manuscripts
If author don't agree to pay the penalty, the author and his/her affiliation will be blacklisted for publication in this journal. Even, his/her previously published articles will be removed from our online system.
Publication Frequency
